1 Vitamin D
2 Magnesium Citrate
3 Flaxseed Oil
4 A good multivitamin (with no metals)
5 2 grams of Vitamin C
6 Ubiquinol (soluble form of CoQ10)
7 A powerful antioxidant (like acetyl-glutathione)
8 Calcium
9 Folic Acid
10 B-12
So what should be added? How about a healthy sleep formula?
